The downtown location was fantastic.
Regular gym was aweful. There was no restroom in the pool area.

The lobby was sleek and upscale. The staff/roomservice was very accomodating.
There were stains on the throw pillows. Far away parking ramp.
The entire experience was, across the board, well received. The location was convenient and the lobby was upscale.

Not bad. Not sure if it was really a 4 star hotel. Staff was friendly, let us store our leftovers in their staff fridge & pick up the next day.

The bed was divine.
Families staying on my floor were very loud beginning at 6am.
I have stayed at the Hyatt many times over the years. The hotel, in general, is beginning to look a little worn and dated.
